Jessica Dao, HBSc

Jessica Dao is the Operations Leader for the Neurovascular Program, where she oversees strategic planning, clinical coordination, and operational performance across a high-volume, multidisciplinary service. She plays a central role in optimizing patient pathways, supporting clinical innovation, and ensuring seamless care for patients with complex neurovascular conditions.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc) from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Bloomberg School of Nursing at the University of Toronto. She has led several major quality improvement initiatives, helps oversee neurovascular Quality-Based Procedures (QBP) activities at St. Michael’s Hospital, and works to bridge the gap between clinical research and real-world implementation and practice.
